SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT FOR SMME'S

The KDA would like to call on suitably qualified and resourced service providers to provide Supply Management Specialist Services to the agency.

The Supply Chain Specialist will assist the agency by ensuring that the entire bidding process to be followed in sourcing a developer for the KDA mandate area is in line with the KDA Supply Chain Management Policy, MFMA, PPPFA, as well as all other applicable regulatory requirements.

KDA requires the following to be attached to all quotations as minimum requirements:

• Company profile
• History / ownership / empowerment
• Areas of technical expertise / services
• Proposed methodology to be used
• Resume of Supply Chain Management Specialist
• Location of Supply Chain Management Specialist
• Track record of supply chain management work previously undertaken in municipalities / municipal entities / local government
• Proposed cost structure
• HDI status
• Full name and identification number of company or other registration number
• Tax reference number and VAT registration number
• Tax clearance certificate
